ABOUT US

We are a husband and wife photography team living in Chicago with our pup Genevieve, daughter, Isla and son, Elliot.

Kalena is Canadian, but was mostly raised in Perú before moving to Chicago for college. Mike was raised in Chicago in a multicultural family of Chinese and Italian (Chitalian). We love traveling in all its forms and have never hesitated to pack up all our gear and go no matter the destination.

Photography has been our main activity since our dating years began whether it was an event we were hired for or our own spontaneous experiment. We love creating together and bring out the best in each other’s work.

Another shared passion of ours is people. We value people and will always be working to ensure that those around us are receiving the very best of us.

As we combine our passion for photography and people our goal is to know our clients’ taste and produce an end result that goes above and beyond!
